Good for little noses

Just got the Snotty Boss Nasal Aspirator and trying to figure out the best way to clean the nozzles. Any tips beyond the obvious?

I usually just rinse them under hot water immediately after use and then use a tiny bottle brush for the inside. Sterilising once a week in boiling water seems to keep them really clean.

Yes! It's super quiet. We've had ours for about 6 months now and it's practically silent. Just a very, very faint hum if you put your ear right next to it, but you definitely won't hear it from across the room.
